Fiction Days presents Anne Enright, the inaugural Laureate for Irish Fiction, on Mar. 29 at 7:00 p.m. in Gasson Hall, Room 100. Enright is an award-winning writer of novels, essays, and short stories. Her novel The Gathering won the Man Booker Prize. The Forgotten Waltz was awarded the Carnegie Medal for Excellence in Fiction and was shortlisted for the Orange Prize. Her short stories have appeared in The New Yorker and The Paris Review, among other publications. Her most recent novel is The Green Road.
