Boston College holds a major archive of the work of Nobel Prize winner Samuel Beckett, one of the most influential writers of the 20th century. On Oct. 27, Professor Ronan McDonald of the University of New South Wales, Australia, a leading authority on the works of Beckett and the literature of his time, will lecture on “The Value of Beckett.” His talk will take place at 5 p.m. in Devlin Hall, Room 008.
