Pulitzer Prize winner Katherine Boo, author of the bestseller Behind the Beautiful Forevers, will speak on Oct. 3 at 7 p.m. in Gasson Hall, room 100. Behind the Beautiful Forevers is considered a landmark work of narrative nonfiction that tells the dramatic and sometimes heartbreaking story of families striving toward a better life in one of the world’s great, unequal cities: Mumbai, India.
